Just mad at myself that I didn't go in sooner. I had some tightness after doing some digging that was causing a lot of pain in my lower back. I had a consultation and adjustment and thankfully they had had a cancellation... n and I was able to get a massage as well. I left feeling much better and am ready to schedule a follow up just for how much everything helped more
